BIO
Attorney Andrew Buda is a Tampa native. He attended the University of South Florida and earned a bachelor’s degree in business. Afterward, Andrew worked as a middle school teacher during the day and in the evenings, he attended Stetson University College of Law where he earned his law degree.
During his time as a teacher, Andrew taught sixth grade social studies. That experience was extremely beneficial not only for Andrew but also for you. Through his teaching experience, Andrew honed his ability to take complex information, analyze it, and convey it in a way that is easy to understand. In other words, that experience gave him the ability to take the facts of your case, break it down for a jury into easily understandable bits of information, and then explain to the jury how those facts apply to the law. This, in turn, helps you get the results that you want. Andrew also has the unique ability to not talk down to clients while at the same time taking extremely complex laws and legal processes and helping clients completely understand them. As a result, you will leave your free consultation feeling confident in Andrew’s ability to represent you in every aspect of your case.
Andrew’s experience as a state prosecutor trained him on how the state looks at a case from the initial arrest all the way through the trial. During his years as a prosecutor, Andrew attended many trainings around the state. He learned prosecutor tricks on DUIs, domestic battery cases, and advanced trial strategies to help prosecutors convict. He honed his skills in actual trials, with over 30 trials at all levels of severity, including DUIs, domestic battery, and all degrees of felony. He learned from the best prosecutors in the state. This experience allows Andrew to get inside the mind of a prosecutor. It allows him to prep the case as a prosecutor would, and then in turn attack every weakness in the case so that you can achieve the results you are seeking.
