Client was charged with selling marijuana to an undercover police officer. The client was identified as the suspect through his phone number and electronic surveillance.

Outcome: Convinced the prosecutor to file charges as misdemeanors and withhold adjudication assuring my client does is not a convicted felon and will not have any convictions on his record.

FELONY VIOLATION OF PROBATION HELD AT NO BOND

Client who lives out of state flew back to Florida to get an extension on her probation. She had $2,800 left to pay probation. When she arrived at the probation office she was arrested for a warrant that was signed because probation did not think she could pay back the money prior to the end of her probation. She was booked into jail on no bond.
